Orange Tosago® is our most popular choice for both industry and food service. coloured with carrot extract.
Black masago and tobiko are not as prevalent – as their black colour stains. BUT our black Tosago® doesn’t stain. So surprise your customers with a bold choice.
Our green Tosago® comes both with and without wasabi taste. And yes, the wasabi is strong!
Cases concerning Tosago®
First case: A major sushi producer had to deliver to a 7-11 chain and was nervous about using masago, as the cabinet was 8 degrees Celsius. They therefore started using our Tosago® product. They now use over 30 tonnes of the product per year.
Second case: A major sushi chain wanted to upgrade its vegan dishes and started using our Tosago® in their vegetarian dishes. Today, they also use our products instead of masago and tobiko on their standard menu.
